Pritchard Industries is a leading provider of educational services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Custodial Manager to join our team.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Description

This role involves directing a wide range of janitorial services in a school district setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in multi-unit janitorial management, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, schedule, train, assign, and perform daily work routines for janitorial staff
  • Plan and execute major cleaning operations, supervise and coordinate work projects, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure compliance with service level quality standards
  • Direct, assign, supervise, and guide janitorial employees
  • Prepare work schedules and assignments
Requirements:
  • CEFM certification (or in process of acquiring)
  • Minimum two years directly related experience with knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
  • Minimum one year experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Basic skillset in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Client and contract management experience
