We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and provide work direction for maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment.
- Maintain the operating condition of buildings and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Diagnose any problems and determine necessary repairs needed, implementing preventative maintenance systems to ensure work orders are released in a timely manner.
- Consult and serve as a point of contact with outside vendors for any building or equipment needs.
- Ensure company compliance with state and federal codes and laws, supporting the development of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen programs.
- Ensure safe operations and establish and execute a monthly plan to align daily control items with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
- Administer performance reviews and execute action items per the annual business plan to help achieve section key metrics (downtime reduction, cost reduction).
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
- Associates or bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in the industrial space.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proficient at Excel, Word, and Project.
