We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our geriatric/long-term care team at Mission Arch Center in Roswell, NM. As a Geriatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care transitions.

Qualifications:

* Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing * CPR Certification is required * One to three years of experience working as an RN in a related setting is preferred.
