Intelligence Officer

**Job Summary**

The Intelligence Officer is responsible for monitoring activities within the casino to ensure patrons are not engaging in illicit activities. This role involves overseeing count operations, reviewing departmental policies, and adhering to state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and meetings, ensuring punctuality and engagement.
• Ensure seamless operation by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Compose reports objectively and operate surveillance equipment.
• Document and report any violations, interact with law enforcement, and monitor currency transports.
• Complete tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to department objectives.
• Evaluate information, provide expertise, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Handle confidential information, inform senior management, and communicate effectively.
• Conduct oneself professionally, courteously, and warmly.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Working Conditions

• Ability to walk and work on feet, communicate effectively, resolve problems diplomatically, and work varying shifts.
• Physically mobile with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform job duties in different work areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal security or law enforcement training required; prior experience may be considered.
