Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team for a part-time position specializing in writing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students with severe to profound disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess students' physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and write measurable and achievable IEP goals based on assessment findings.
  • Provide guidance and support to educational teams in implementing physical therapy interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress towards IEP goals and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in IL.
  • Experience working with students with severe to profound disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
