Job OverviewKaffmandu Coffee House of Danvers, a busy coffee shop specializing in Fair-Trade/Organic Coffee, has an opening for a Barista/Cashier position.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Beverage Specialist, responsible for making espresso beverages according to our recipes, steaming milk, and pulling espresso shots.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong multitasking abilities.

This is a part-time position, requiring 25-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate morning and afternoon shifts.

Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, along with opportunities for cash tips, credit card tips, and health insurance benefits.Required Skills and Qualifications
