About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Financial Analyst to manage and maintain financial records, specifically in the logistics department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks desktop application and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger account.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and credits in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data to provide insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
