About the Role:

• We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and perform various banking transactions, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing cash drawers, and adhering to bank security procedures, as well as cross-selling bank products and promoting loyalty.
• You will also contribute to teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Prior banking experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and financial transactions
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience
