Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and licensed massage therapist to join our team at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, a resort-style community for active adults. As a massage therapist, you will provide exceptional service to our members, promoting relaxation and wellness in a serene and peaceful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional service to each client, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and comfort.
  • Perform massage and body treatments according to established protocols and industry standards.
  • Support the needs of the spa, participating in events and functions as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing education and product knowledge, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all services offered.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • A valid Washington State Massage Therapy License is required.
  • Liability Insurance is mandatory.
  • CPR/AED certification is necessary within 20 days of employment.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, as is previous customer service experience.
  • Comfort with men's and women's treatments is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Paid $45-$60/Hourly Depending on Experience.
