Production Welder

We are seeking an experienced MIG welder to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a safe, team-oriented environment.

• MIG welding steel components with attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Accurately interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure precise welding and assembly.
• Fitting and assembling steel parts with excellent attention to detail.
• Safely operating MIG welding machines and other related equipment in accordance with company safety protocols.
• Collaborating with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace compliant with all safety standards.
• Identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety issues promptly.

• Proven experience in MIG welding steel in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Successful completion of an on-site welding test to demonstrate skills.
• Proficient in using various welding tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with experience in fitting and assembly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Compensation for this position includes an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
