Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Hydraulic Component Quality Specialist to join our team at Hydac International GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing and addressing internal findings from audits, red-tag processes, and first-pass yield data.
  • Work with purchasing and suppliers to resolve incoming material non-conformances and ensure proper countermeasures are implemented to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes utilizing the APQP toolset, including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.
Requirements
  • A BS degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
  • Familiarity with APQP methodology and implementation.
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.
Estimated Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 per year

You will be working closely with our production personnel, design engineers, and customers to ensure that our hydraulic components and systems meet or exceed customer expectations.
