Role Summary:
The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a remarkable guest experience by maintaining clean and visually appealing dining utensils and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and replenish dishwashing stations with all required supplies.
  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishware.
  • Follow established protocols for food safety, chemical safety, and equipment maintenance.
  • Operate high-temperature dishwashing machinery efficiently.
  • Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Manage stress and maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
  • Commit to delivering items to guests accurately and promptly.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor throughout shifts.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards across the facility, including restrooms and auditoriums.

Daily Tasks:
  • Adhere to cleanliness standards in all areas of the establishment.
  • Prepare menu items according to recipes while accommodating guest modifications.
  • Utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations by completing all required checklists promptly.
  • Take initiative to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
  • Follow sanitary practices for food contact surfaces and overall cleanliness.
  • Assist in stocking and organizing items in concessions and restrooms.
  • Show flexibility in performing tasks beyond assigned duties.
  • Participate in training sessions and classes as required.
  • Dispose of waste as necessary.
  • Comply with all management requests for cleaning and other duties.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
