Job Summary

Friendly Express is seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration systems
  • Minor electrical work
  • Plumbing
  • Floor Repairs
  • Painting
  • Ceiling tile and insulation replacement
  • Pick up, deliver, set up equipment
  • Pressure Washing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to bend, squat, push, pull and lift 50-75lbs, climb ladders, and work inside or outside as the issue requires. A valid driver's license is also required.
