Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled attorney to support our global projects and business partnerships. As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you'll work closely with our General Counsel and cross-functional teams to review, revise, and negotiate various agreements, including vendor, third-party, commercial, distribution, employment, and consultant agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts for the procurement of IT resources and technology software
• Research and advise colleagues on various areas of the law, globally, including data protection, privacy regimes, GDPR, and other regulations impacting the business
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review and provide guidance to internal business partners on standard and non-standard terms, policies, and procedures
• Maintain the contract management system, including updating workflows, coordinating approvals, and generating contract reports
