Solaris Healthcare Daytona is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, trash removal, laundry, and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure facility cleaning procedures are followed, including furniture cleaning, floor cleaning, and disinfection of high-touch areas.
  • Check rooms for stains and clean as needed.
  • Replenish soaps, sanitizers, toilet paper, and paper towels daily.
  • Dust over bed lights, A/C vents, and exhaust vents as needed in resident rooms and common areas.
  • Report any damage found while following cleaning procedures to your supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including laundry, floor tech, and other tasks.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
