MyCare Medical Group is seeking a highly experienced and patient-centric Internal or Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional care to adults and seniors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities.

You will work closely with our clinic team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care and create a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Adult Only Patient Panel with an expectation of seeing patients per day
  • Proficient in diagnosing, treating, and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities
  • Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients on their current medical conditions and educate patients on preventative health measures
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and communicate Plan of Care with Patients and/or their families
  • Ensure that all charts and medical records are accurately completed in a timely manner
  • Provide direction and leadership to the clinic's medical support staff, regarding the administering of a patient's care
  • Effectively communicate with all members of the care team and facilitate a medically appropriate and effective plan of care

Requirements:

  • Degree from accredited MD or DO program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Unrestricted Medical License and DEA Licensure in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment
  • Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations
  • Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system - specifically eClinical Works (ECW)
