Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Emergency Services team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24/7 operations of our emergency department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring efficient and effective patient flow
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of RNs and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 5 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, with a focus on emergency services or critical care
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Master's Degree in related field (preferred)
