Meat Lead Job Description

As a Meat Lead at Hannaford, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of meat and seafood associates. This includes performing meat, meat cutter, and seafood associate responsibilities as directed by management. Additionally, you will receive and store meat and seafood deliveries, identify, wrap, price, and weigh all meat department items according to specified procedures. Your goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth operation of the meat department.
