About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish speaking caregiver to provide individualized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a caregiver with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene care
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Assist clients with medication management and reminders
Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently with good judgment
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
