Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, including operating equipment, maintaining inventory, and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide support during peak periods.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including adjusting to new products, procedures, and technologies.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including restaurants, cafes, or food preparation.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
