Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans for group lessons, conducting swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels, and monitoring participants' progress. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and clean aquatic environment, including regular pool inspections and adherence to all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, focusing on water safety and proper swimming techniques.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for group lessons, ensuring they meet the needs of participants.
  • Evaluate participants' progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean aquatic environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard.
  • Current lifeguard/swim certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

$17-$30 hourly.
