Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by following company policies and procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, processing transactions, and securing the store.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
