Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Universal Pediatrics, Inc.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality medical care to children and young adults with medical needs and chronic conditions in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with families to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled medical care, including assessments, medication administration, and therapies, in accordance with the plan of care and physician's orders.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support and educate clients and families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate and timely charting through our electronic medical record system.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure, without restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
  • CPR certification required but may be obtained after hire.
  • COVID-19 vaccine compliance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
