Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Towson, MD. The selected candidate will serve as a key member of our project team, responsible for the evaluation, design, and construction administration of building enclosures, including roofs, facades, and fenestrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the evaluation, design, and construction administration of building enclosures.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction administration.
  • Experience with moisture intrusion, evaluations, and renovation designs.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.
  • Technical experience in building envelope, with a registration path required and an EIT or P.E. license preferred.
