Job Title: Youth and Family Therapist - IHBT/I-FAST

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth and Family Therapist to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

About the Role:

As a Youth and Family Therapist, you will work with families, youth, and their communities to implement the Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST) model. You will provide direct clinical treatment, conduct thorough assessments, and develop collaborative partnerships with community resources to meet the needs of each family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy services that support the identified needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on strengths and positive behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that clients have access to support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and supervision to acquire extensive clinical skills within the I-FAST model.
  • Maintain necessary documentation and participate in program evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Experience and passion for delivering services to youth and families.
  • Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.

  • Competitive salary range of $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year based on licensure and experience.
