* Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting

Requirements:

* Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Utah
* 0-1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* SNF experience
* Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
