Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including finding products and providing solutions.
    • Provide a fast and courteous checkout experience, handling cash and operating a cash register according to company standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Unload truck deliveries and assist with merchandise presentation throughout the store, including maintaining store standards for merchandise display and organization.
    • Participate in inventory management processes, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining store standards for merchandise display and organization.
    • Assist with store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organization of store areas.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to open communication and feedback.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to move throughout the store.
    • Ability to frequently bend, lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise.
    • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Work in a climate-controlled store environment, with occasional outdoor work assignments (e.g., retrieving shopping carts or during truck deliveries).
