Tire Mechanic

As a Tire Technician at Discount Tire, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Install new tires and wheels, ensuring proper fitment and balance
• Perform routine maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
• Provide a world-class customer service experience, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and best practices
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a tire-related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with tire-related software
