About the Role
As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
- Develop and implement personalized behavior plans to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children with autism.
- Collaborate with our team of Behavior Analysts to ensure high-quality therapy and continuous support for our clients.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize therapy outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of $18-$20, commensurate with experience and education.
- Paid training and certification support for RBT certification.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including supervised experience hours required to become a BCBA.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Must pass the RBT certification after training.
