We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at DetailXPerts. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Porter Service: Ensure the building is tidy and clean throughout the day
  • Clean and supply restrooms, windows, and glass partitions
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Polish furniture and fixtures
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, steam-clean, or shampoo floors
  • Provide non-routine maintenance of flooring, including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing
  • Remove trash and maintain clean trash containers
  • Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking for hazards
  • Identify necessary major repairs and notify the Site Supervisor
  • Adhere to safety and policy requirements and follow Contract rules and regulations

About the Job:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $14.00 - $15.00 per hour and estimated 20-40 hours of work per week. Benefits include dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
