Salary and Benefits
Nocturnists working evenings 7pm-7am can earn over $1,600.00 per shift, plus additional bonuses totaling up to $39,000 annually. The hospital contributes 7% of annual income toward the physician's pension plan and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance.
Job Description
Nocturnists will work 16 shifts per month, seeing 16-18 patients per physician. They average 16-20 total admits per night, split between two physicians, with a bonus for every admission over 6 per night.
