About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Rumble Boxing East Boca. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic environment that inspires our members to reach their fitness goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of group fitness training and experience teaching high-energy classes. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a passion for fitness and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging class schedules that meet the needs of our diverse membership base
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our classes and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of class attendance, revenue, and other key metrics
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching group fitness classes
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Fitness certification from a recognized vendor (NASM, ACE, AFAA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
