We're seeking a skilled Apartment Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our exterior restoration crew, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch construction skills and expertise in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and full-scope apartment renovations.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and finish carpentry. You'll be willing to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies, and must be able to safely operate hand and power tools. Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic tasks requiring moderate training in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and full-scope apartment renovations.
  • Work on multiple interior and exterior construction/renovation projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and management regarding scheduling and progress.
  • Provide support to the maintenance team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Renovation Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, finish carpentry, framing, masonry, siding, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Maintain well-kept and clean tools, company vehicle, and work area.
  • Watch for hazards and report any concerns to your supervisor or safety professional.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
