Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Qualify and manage vendors, guiding them through qualification processes and ensuring adherence to project standards.
• Conduct daily safety checks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout project timelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in restoration or construction project management is essential.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, focusing on managing complex projects and teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team interactions.
• Ability to oversee detailed project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends and travel as needed for high-priority projects.
• Dedication to safeguarding client property and providing exceptional service.

What We Offer

• A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, plus additional compensation.
