Description:

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer of RST Development and will be tasked with overseeing the real estate assets across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and evaluate the performance of properties within the multifamily portfolio.
  • Facilitate the development and presentation of property budgets and strategic business plans.
  • Analyze monthly performance reports and address significant issues with senior leadership.
  • Formulate capital allocation budgets for executive approval.
  • Manage agreements with property management firms.
  • Design dashboards for concise data presentations.
  • Evaluate leasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and rental structures for properties.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial reports on portfolio assets.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in asset management within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and related calculations.
  • Excellent presentation and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel to various property locations.
