POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are in search of dedicated Aesthetic Reception Specialists for our new location. This role is pivotal in establishing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients, serving as the initial point of contact for our brand.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, embodying the spirit of our clinic. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, showcasing a genuine interest in aesthetics, and demonstrating exceptional communication abilities. Your sales acumen will help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Key attributes include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately maintain client records and update information as necessary
  • Minimize client wait times by effectively managing appointment schedules
  • Handle all forms of client communication, including calls, texts, and emails
  • Foster relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure a premier client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
  • Engage in regional and corporate meetings as required
