As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our physicians and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and manage patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat medical conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
  • Certifications: Current certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Basic Life Support (BCLS).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.
