As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our deli and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers through friendly interactions, provide product information, and offer suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare, wrap, and display deli and food service products, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and appearance.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Process transactions, manage cash and credit sales, and maintain a clean and organized check stand and work area.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement, and ensure accurate inventory levels and rotation.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts, and assist other locations as needed.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Certification: Serv-Safe certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting and Bending: Ability to lift up to 25lbs and bend, reach, and twist frequently.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in walk-in coolers and freezers, and stand for long periods.
Compensation:

$15-16/hour
