About the Role

Cresco Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Dispensary Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading teams, driving sales, and delivering results. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth\
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets\
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences\
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of retail operations\
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement\
  • Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues\
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team\
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to help them achieve their career goals\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines\
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively to optimize returns on investment\
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to share insights and recommendations\
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan and objectives\
  • Maintain a positive and respectful working relationship with all colleagues\
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and contribute to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive and respectful of all employees\
  • Perform other duties as required by the role\
  • Estimate Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
