About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in our Dallas Galleria store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and make product recommendations to drive sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and styles
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
