About the Role:
Avera is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality care for patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
