Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Sutherland is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Unit Director to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring the needs of our patients are met. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing principles and the ability to lead and supervise nursing personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans in conjunction with the Unit Director.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed, including daily operations of the unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for Registered Nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Or LPN.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
