About the Role: As a Housing and Support Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to end homelessness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience serving homeless or at-risk families and individuals in crisis. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders. You will also be proficient in computer software and able to maintain accurate records and data.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 95% employer-paid employee-only coverage, $10 copay plan, 10k employer-paid basic life insurance, 120 hours PTO accrued biweekly, and 13 paid holidays. We also offer flexible schedules, retention and referral bonuses, and a 3% employer match after 6 months.

Job Summary: The Housing and Support Services Coordinator will provide direct services to eligible clients, assisting them in locating affordable and safe housing. This role involves networking with property owners, managers of housing units, and maintaining a list of landlords who can assist our veterans. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a database/listing of available housing stock, coordinating housing inspections, making referrals to agencies and departments, investigating tenant and owner complaints, and collecting necessary documentation for client files.
