Crosby's is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Ransomville, NY. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

This role involves operating cash registers, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and following store policies and procedures.

As a Sales Associate at Crosby's, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and interact with customers on a daily basis. You will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products, and enter and work in a cooler with a temperature of 34 degrees up to 60 minutes at a time.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, as is prior experience in retail sales.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour based on experience, which translates to approximately $31,200 per year in NYS minimum wage & up (based on experience).
