Job Title: Healthcare Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Healthcare & Insurance Division in Omaha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law and a proven track record of success in a law firm or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences companies on regulatory and transactional matters
  • Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation and disputes
  • Develop and implement healthcare law strategies to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare law, preferably in a law firm or related industry
  • Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or ability to waive in to practice
  • Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
