About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at our Cincinnati branch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial manager and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Assist with accounts receivable process, maintain local collection contacts, and resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
  • Fleet Operations: Complete Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles, research and process citations.
  • Process Analytics: Perform process analyses and reviews in areas such as billing, 1211 reports, credit memos, citations, and accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service financial administrative experience required.
  • Skills: Interpersonal and relationship building skills, competent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
