About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rutland office, servicing Bennington and surrounding areas. As a member of our multi-disciplinary health care team, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to our clients in their homes.

As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work independently and make a significant impact on the lives of our clients. You will be required to develop and implement individualized care plans, perform diagnostic tests and measurements, and educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote their health, safety, and independent living.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current Physical Therapist license in the state, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association. You will also need solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
