Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained according to the preventative maintenance schedules outlined by manufacturers.
  • Accurately document and communicate maintenance activities to your supervisor.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including but not limited to equipment failures and safety incidents.
  • Assist with various building maintenance tasks as necessary, including minor repairs and adjustments.
  • Support troubleshooting and repairs of various systems, including plumbing, kitchen appliances, roofing, drainage, and HVAC systems.
  • May be the sole maintenance staff member on duty during specific shifts, requiring the ability to work extended hours during emergencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or completion of trade school training.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license.
