We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operating Room Technician II to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the OR team in the care of patients, equipment, and supplies.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and maintain a sterile field during operative procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT).
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- At least 1 year of experience in a surgical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
