Construction Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Operations Specialist to join our team in Coachella, CA. As a key member of the construction department, you will be responsible for supporting various teams and contributing to the success of our projects.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field, knowledge of construction materials and tools, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist with construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results*

* Operate and maintain various construction equipment, including heavy machinery and hand tools*

* Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials, while prioritizing safety and efficiency*

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns*

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field

* Knowledge of construction materials and tools

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. Compensation will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and performance.
